Order Cancellations

We will always try to process cancellation requests before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still request a return in accordance with this policy after delivery.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sofenne.com.

Please include your order number together with details of the item you would like to exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories

Once your request has been reviewed, our customer support team will provide further instructions to help arrange the exchange.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received, it will be inspected by our team before a refund or exchange is approved.

You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval

Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method
